  5. What are my dental benefits with MCNA Dental?

    We offer dental benefits to cover the dental needs of most children and adults.

    • Preventive and diagnostic benefits, including: dental cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride, dental sealants to prevent cavities, and more.
    • Therapeutic benefits to treat cavities, gum or tooth pain, or other dental problems including: fillings, extractions, root canals, dental emergencies, and more.

  6. How do I enroll in Medicaid?

    If you live in Nebraska, you and your children may qualify for Medicaid dental care! To see if you are eligible and get help with enrollment, call the Medicaid Customer Service Center at 1-855-632-7633.

  7. Where can I learn more about good oral health?

    You can learn more about good oral health online at MCNA's Kids Zone. We offer colorful children's activities to help you learn in a fun way. Visit MCNA's Kids Zone by clicking here.

  8. Can I get my member materials in another language?

    Yes! Materials you receive are available in additional languages. Braille and large-print versions are also available for visually impaired members. Contact our Member Hotline for more information.

  9. What should I do if I have a complaint/grievance or I want to file an appeal?

    We want to help. If you have a complaint/grievance or want to file an appeal, please contact our Member Hotline.

  10. How do I report Waste, Abuse, or Fraud?

    To report Medicaid fraud, contact the Nebraska Medicaid Fraud Hotline toll-free at 1-800-727-6432, or send an email to ago.medicaid.fraud@nebraska.gov. You may also call MCNA Dental's Fraud Hotline toll-free at 1-855-392-6262.

    To complete a Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Complaint Form online, please go to https://ago.nebraska.gov. On the home page, click on the blue button that says "Medicaid Fraud." Next, click on "File Medicaid/Patient Abuse Complaint." You can choose to fill out and submit the Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Complaint Form online or download a copy to print and mail.
